Connecting and creating in Nature

A couple of weeks ago, I was in Puerto Rico and decided to accept a last minute invitation from an artist colleague, to do Camping in the town of Comerío. I was connecting and creating in Nature. Comerío was the town in which my maternal grandfather grew up, between rivers and mountains. I created art, did Forest Therapy, enjoyed nature and disconnected from what didn’t serve me. The camping area at Campamento el Limón, was simple, but with breathtaking views.

To open my tent, and experience the sunrise, with the sounds of birds, the cold breeze, is a feeling I can’t express with words…I just felt so grateful. I played in the swing, I rested in the hammock, I healed with Pachamama, I fed my creativity doing art in a free and careless way, including doing my “Arte Efímero”. My Inner child was happy!

We took photos, and here is one that Gloribel took of me…it represents my feelings in this magical place in between mountains.

Do you have a place that makes you feel alive? Please share it with me. Sending you a hug!
